The Research Council of Norway and the Association of Higher Education Institutions invite you to the seminar on "How to attract and retain excellent researchers?". Ellen Pearce, Director of Vitae will present experiences from UK. Experiences will also be presented from Norwegian universities and university colleges. Toril Johansson, Director General, Department of Higer Education from Ministry of Education and Research will present the Norwegian action plan on the European Partnership for Researchers, and Dagmar Meyer from the European Commission will present perspectives from a European context. Inga Bostad, pro-rector of University of Oslo will summarise the day.
