We are seeking for a full-time Dissemination & Communication Manager to join MetaMind Innovations P.C. MetaMind Innovations P.C is the first spin-off company of the University of Western Macedonia playing a pivotal role in the region of Western Macedonia and in northern Greece. As a deep tech enterprise, MetaMind Innovations P.C. provides cutting-edge technologies that build on advanced science and engineering innovations to bring disruptive new products to market by surpassing technological benchmarks and pushing the boundaries of current technology, including fields like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, next generation internet of things, and 6G telecommunications. MetaMind Innovations P.C is currently ranked as a top spin-off performer in Greece, while participating in numerous EU-funded projects in the context of the H2020, Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ frameworks.

As a Dissemination & Communication Manager, you will join either the Research & Development department in Kozani, Greece or the Business Development department in Thessaloniki, Greece. You will design, develop and implement dissemination and communication strategies for EU-funded projects, while producing high-quality communication materials including social media posts, press releases, blog posts, brochures, infographics, and reports. You will lead communication, outreach, and dissemination activities across the MetaMind Innovations P.C portfolio of EU-funded research and innovation projects, while coordinating project branding and visual identity in line with EU communication guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dissemination and communication strategies for EU-funded projects.
• Lead communication, outreach, and dissemination activities across the MetaMind Innovations P.C portfolio of EU-funded research and innovation projects.
• Organize and promote workshops, webinars, conferences, and stakeholder events.
• Ensure compliance with European Commission dissemination and visibility requirements.
• Produce communication materials including social media posts, press releases, blog posts, brochures, infographics, and reports.
• Maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and relevant communities.
• Manage project websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
• Monitor and report communication KPIs and dissemination activities for project deliverables.
• Coordinate project branding and visual identity in line with EU communication guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and M.Sc. in computer science/engineering/marketing or other relative fields.
• 2 years of experience in dissemination and communication activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team collaboration and excellent organization skills.
• Ability to discuss, negotiate and work in international environment.
• Experience in delivering technical and financial reports.
• Ability to travel abroad when required.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, or other EU funding programmes.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Figma).
• Knowledge of analytics tools for measuring communication impact.
