Scholarship Theme: Administrative and support functions for the operation of LTI-DECivil
Duration: 6 months
Maximum Duration Including Renewals: 12 months
Objectives
Administrative and support functions for the operation of LTI-DECivil, namely user registration, printing or plotting
documents, supporting classes, and installing and maintaining LTI computer equipment.

Contest Procedure
Applications must be exclusively submitted on the

Selection process
Contest Evaluation Method(s)
Curricular evaluation weighted to 20% on a scale of 20 points with a minimum of 10 points needed for admission.
Individual interview weighted to 40% on a scale of 20 points with a minimum of 10 points needed for admission.
Carta de motivação weighted to 20% on a scale of 20 points with a minimum of 10 points needed for admission.
Prova de conhecimento em funções de apoio em laboratórios de informática weighted to 20% on a scale of 20 pointswith a minimum of 10 points needed for admission.
The minimum final grade needed for admission is 10 points.
Conditions for the Contest Evaluation
The selection methods to be used are as follows:a) Curriculum evaluation (20%);b) Motivation letter (20%);c) Knowledge test on support functions in Computer Labs (20%);d) Individual interview: This may cover previously provided information, extracurricular experiences, and motivations forthe proposed work plan. It may also include an assessment of communication and presentation skills, in bothPortuguese and English (40%).
