The successful candidate will perform the technical functions necessary for the ISPA Emerging Research Group's "Autophagy and Metabolism" research line within the framework of its collaboration agreement with COSBAR GROUP: 

• Maintenance of cell cultures, freezing and thawing of cell lines; preparation of culture media; lentivirus infection, preparation of cell spheroids.
• Analysis of autophage flow using Western blot and immunofluorescence techniques.
• Bacterial culture, transformation with DNA plasmids, and DNA purification from cultures. 
• Preparation of bacterial culture media, buffers, and lysis buffers, among other laboratory reagents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Genotyping PCR for genetically modified mouse colonies.
• Proteomic analysis using MALDI-ToF. - Gene expression analysis by qPCR. 
• Treatment of laboratory mice with compounds relevant to longevity.
• Processing of mouse-derived samples-derived samples.
