Offer Description
This is a job offer for an assistant researcher to perform research tasks within the COSER-IA project: "AI to Reduce the Gap in Speech Technologies for the Rural Spain: Adaptation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Speech Recognizers to Rural Speech" (SI4/PJI/2024-00237), granted in the 2024 call for R&D Project Grants for Emerging PhDs by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and funded by the Community of Madrid.
Among the tasks to perform are:
- Management and preprocessing of audio databases.
- Design, implementation, and testing of deep learning algorithms for speech and audio processing.
- Implementation of systems for participation in competitive technology evaluations.

- Knowledge of Deep Learning models.
- Training or experience in speech and audio processing.
- Research experience is desirable

Additional Information
1.060,96€/monthly gross salary
