Skills/Qualifications
Characterise plant polysaccharide residues for their recovery and utilisation.
Extract plant polysaccharides using a combination of physical and chemical techniques.
Carry out hydrolysis and chemical modifications to produce biomaterials.
Specific Requirements
Degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology, or equivalent degrees from previous curricula (diploma/technical engineering).
