- Build and optimize a scalable phosphoproteomics platform tailored to high-dimensional perturbation experiments of primary cells
- Analyze large-scale (phospho)proteomics datasets using R or Python-based computational tools to integrate prior knowledge and characterize drug-induced phosphorylation changes
- Work and communicate efficiently across inter-professional teams
- Disseminate project results through presentations and manuscripts.

- Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in mass spectrometry-based proteomics, ideally with hands-on experience in low-input phosphoproteomics
- Demonstrated experience with mammalian cell culture and sample preparation for MS analysis
- Ability to independently develop and troubleshoot MS-based proteomics workflows
- Prior experience with clinical patient material and/or characterizing small molecule drugs is desired
- Proficiency in R or Python for analyzing omics datasets, including statistical analysis and integration of multiple datatypes
- Strong track record of scientific excellence (e.g., high-quality first-author publications), rigorous research practice, and commitment to research integrity
- Strong ability work and communicate effectively in interdisciplinary teams (clinicians, biologists, bioinformaticians)
- Strong scientific writing and presentation skills in English.
