Project: Domain-Specific LLMs for Scientific Knowledge Discovery.This project will investigate how LLMs can support researchers in extracting, organizing, and synthesizing knowledge from scientific literature, datasets, and technical reports. Objectives: (1) Develop methods for domain adaptation of LLMs to scientific and technical corpora. (2) Design tools for literature review, hypothesis generation, and research trend detection. (3) Evaluate factuality, traceability, and citation quality in scientific LLM outputs. (4) Create demonstrators for research support in selected domains such as data science, health, sustainability, or social sciences.
